Tina Ethridge

AuDHD coach and writer
Tina is an AuDHD Coach and writer who has been journaling, reflecting, and exploring her inner world since childhood. Her relationship to ADHD and writing is both personal and professional—writing has always served her as a lifeline for understanding the inner-workings of her brain and her emotions. As a coach, she helps other ADHD & AuDHDers reconnect with their own creative rhythms through gentleness, curiosity, and experimentation. Her passion for this topic comes from lived experience: learning how to write not despite ADHD, but through it—messily, imperfectly, and authentically. Her presentation is shaped by what it means to write when overly rigid rules, shame, and "consistency" approaches tend to backfire for your brain, and discovering a more supportive path interwoven with gentleness and persistence.
