Alice Draper

Alice Draper is a writer and the founder of Hustling Writers, a podcast booking agency. She also has bylines in HuffPost, Business Insider, Refinery29, and VICE. Diagnosed with ADHD in her mid-twenties, she spent the early years of her career learning how rejection sensitivity shapes which pitches a writer sends and which ones never leave the drafts folder. Her response was to chase 100 rejections in a single year, an experiment that changed her relationship to her work.
