How can you write anything of length when your body and brain make it hard for you to make progress? You might have a chronic illness, a mental illness, or chronic pain issues – like the speakers on this panel – and you definitely have ADHD.

All this means you have good days, as well as bad days. It can be frustrating, upsetting, and stressful, which exacerbates all the symptoms you’re already struggling with. But what’s the alternative?

In this panel discussion, we’ll talk about what ADHDers can learn from the chronic illness community and vice versa. What’s more, we’ll discuss what it means to make progress and be productive when your brain and body seem to be working against you… And to do so in a more gentle and enjoyable way.
